Ask whether the sample is an available stock sample, a newly made sample, or a similar reference product. Different sample types mean different things. Do not assume every sample represents final mass production.
Confirm color, size, and material
Before shipping, confirm color, size, material, weight, surface treatment, and key accessories. Ask for real sample photos or videos when possible, not only catalog images.
Confirm packaging
Sample packaging may be different from final retail packaging. Confirm whether the sample includes retail packaging, labels, manuals, barcodes, or only simple protective packaging.
Confirm shipping method and delivery details
Check courier, estimated delivery time, receiver name, phone number, address, postcode, and possible duties or taxes. Wrong address information can cause delays or returns.
For custom samples, confirm cost and timing first
If the sample needs a logo, special color, packaging, material change, or structure adjustment, confirm the sampling fee, sample lead time, revision limit, and whether the sample fee can be deducted from a future order.
