Xilian provides sourcing agent support, supplier screening, quote organization, sample support, and custom project assistance. We help buyers make clearer sourcing decisions, but we do not guarantee that every supplier will meet every expectation.
Buyers should provide clear information
Buyers should provide accurate product photos, specifications, target quantity, target price, sales market, certification needs, and other key requirements. The clearer the request, the more useful the supplier screening result will be.
Quotes and lead times may change
Supplier prices, MOQs, lead times, sample conditions, and logistics costs may change due to material prices, factory schedules, exchange rates, shipping conditions, or request changes. Final conditions depend on confirmed supplier and buyer communication.
Payments and third-party costs
Service fees, sample fees, logistics fees, audit fees, inspection fees, certification fees, taxes, and other third-party costs may occur separately. Unless clearly stated, third-party costs are not automatically included in the service fee.
Restricted requests
We do not support illegal products, infringing products, restricted products, or products that clearly do not meet export compliance requirements. If a request has compliance risk, we may suggest stopping or changing the sourcing direction.
