Who is this service for?

Xilian standard sourcing services are built for overseas buyers who need to make early sourcing decisions before spending more time or money.

  • E-commerce sellers testing new products or backup suppliers.
  • Wholesalers and importers checking China supplier prices and MOQs.
  • Small business buyers who want to control early sourcing costs.
  • Buyers who already have product photos, reference links, or sample ideas but are not sure how to screen suppliers.
  • Buyers who need Chinese communication, quote organization, sample support, and risk reminders.

What problem does a standard service solve?

A standard service does not promise the lowest price and does not replace full factory management. It helps you organize early sourcing information and avoid blind decisions.

  • Check whether your product request is clear enough to start supplier screening.
  • Screen 3-5 initial supplier directions or supplier options when suitable.
  • Organize basic price, MOQ, lead time, sample conditions, and cooperation terms.
  • Point out obvious risk signals such as incomplete quotes, unclear sample terms, unrealistic lead time, or vague supplier replies.
  • Suggest the next step: continue communication, request a sample, test a small order, pause, or upgrade to a custom project.

What should you provide first?

The clearer your request is, the more useful the supplier screening result will be.

  • Product name, photos, reference links, or sample photos.
  • Target purchase quantity and rough target price.
  • Sales country or sales channel, such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, your own website, or wholesale channels.
  • Whether you need logo, color, packaging, size, material, or other customization.
  • Any certification, label, manual, barcode, lead time, or shipping requirements.

How should each plan be understood?

Each pricing option is designed for a different sourcing frequency and project complexity. Do not choose by price only.

  • $99 First Request: Best for testing the first cooperation. Available once per customer and focused on one clear product request.
  • $199 Single Sourcing Service: Best for occasional sourcing, product testing, or backup supplier search. Each request covers one product or one clear product category.
  • $999 6-Request Pack: Best for testing multiple product directions over time. Valid for 12 months.
  • $1699 12-Request Pack: Best for long-term sourcing, ongoing product search, and repeated supplier screening. Valid for 24 months.
  • Custom Project: Best for complex OEM/ODM, factory audits, inspections, production follow-up, packaging coordination, or logistics coordination. Quoted by project scope.

What do you usually receive from one standard request?

The goal is to help you judge the sourcing direction, not to send a long list of low-quality supplier names.

  • Request clarity check: whether your product request is ready for supplier search or still needs more specifications.
  • Supplier screening result: initial supplier direction or supplier options that appear suitable.
  • Quote summary: price, MOQ, lead time, sample conditions, packaging, and basic cooperation terms.
  • Risk notes: unclear information, quote points that need confirmation, and suppliers that may not be worth continuing with.
  • Next-step suggestion: sample, small test order, continue communication, upgrade to custom project, or pause.

How does sample support work?

Sample support means helping you confirm sample details, shipping method, and basic supplier communication. It does not mean every sample fee or logistics fee is automatically included without limit.

  • The $99 first request includes one standard sample shipment arrangement.
  • A standard sample usually means an available or simple sample. Complex customization, molds, overweight samples, and special shipping needs are confirmed separately.
  • Sample cost, international shipping, duties, taxes, and remote-area surcharges are confirmed separately unless clearly included.
  • If the sample needs logo, special color, packaging, material change, or structure adjustment, sampling cost and lead time should be confirmed first.

Which costs are usually not included?

Unless the pricing page or written communication clearly says they are included, the following costs are confirmed separately and are not automatically included in the service fee:

  • Sample fees, custom sample fees, mold fees, and sample revision fees.
  • International logistics, remote-area surcharges, duties, and import taxes.
  • Factory audit fees, inspection fees, certification fees, and lab testing fees.
  • Third-party platform fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, or other payment channel fees.
  • Deep OEM/ODM work, production follow-up, packaging design, warehousing, shipment consolidation, and complex logistics coordination.

When is a standard service not enough?

If the request has already become a complex execution project, a standard service may not be the right fit.

  • You need on-site factory audits, on-site inspections, or long-term production follow-up.
  • You need deep OEM/ODM, molds, structural changes, or multiple sample rounds.
  • You need support for many unrelated products at the same time.
  • You need Xilian to guarantee payment, quality, inventory sales, or marketplace compliance results.
  • The product involves clear infringement, illegal goods, restricted exports, or high compliance risk.

How do service packs work?

Service packs are useful for ongoing buyers, but each use still needs one clear request so the result can be compared and acted on.

  • Each service request usually covers one clear product or one clear product category.
  • If one request includes several unrelated products, it may count as multiple service requests.
  • The 6-request pack is valid for 12 months.
  • The 12-request pack is valid for 24 months.
  • Service packs can be used for product search, backup suppliers, quote comparison, and pre-sample decision support.

Response time and communication

After receiving a clear request, we aim to provide an initial response within 12 hours and confirm whether the request fits a standard service, service pack, or custom project.

The time needed for supplier screening and quote organization depends on product complexity, supplier response speed, time zones, holidays, and sample needs. If more time is needed, we will explain it in advance.

Refund notes

If service work has not started, you can contact us to request cancellation. Once request analysis, supplier communication, quote organization, sample coordination, or project work has started, completed service work is usually not refundable.

Fees already paid to suppliers, logistics companies, testing providers, payment platforms, or other third parties must follow the relevant third-party rules. Xilian cannot guarantee that third-party costs can always be refunded.

If a request is clearly not suitable for a standard service, we will explain it before starting and suggest a better service path.

Important note

Xilian helps screen suppliers, organize quote information, and reduce early sourcing decision risk. Final sourcing results can still be affected by supplier ability, market prices, product standards, logistics, certification, and the buyer's final decisions.

We do not promise the lowest price, do not guarantee that every supplier will meet every requirement, and do not replace your final business decision. Our goal is to help you see the key information more clearly before you commit more resources.
